• Intake answers (preferred name, age, pronouns, profession, goals, and health information such as scars, pregnancy, POTS or EDS) — to tailor the Training and keep release techniques safe for you. Basis: contract and your explicit consent for health information.
• Enrollment and billing status — to manage your payment plan. Basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Technical data (IP address, device and browser information) — for security and fraud prevention. Basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that host this website, store data and send email on our behalf.
• Stripe, our payment processor, for payment processing, subscription management and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities where required by law.

We never sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as you are enrolled and as long as needed afterward for certification records and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete, restrict or export your information, object to its use, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority. Email admin@bluenyletherapy.com and we will respond within one month.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and restricted access, to protect your information.
