Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your enrollment in and use of the PSIM Facilitator Training (the "Training"), including its live sessions, online course content, the Client Access Page and the Skill Enhancement Seminar. The Training is provided by Blue Nyle Therapy, LLC ("we", "us"). By enrolling, you are contracting with Blue Nyle Therapy, LLC.

Acceptance

By enrolling in or continuing to use the Training, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter into a contract, and if you enroll on behalf of an organization you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The Training

The Training is a 9-month program made up of the Embodiment Project, the Core Curriculum and the Skill Enhancement Seminar. Certification-track requirements are described on the intake form and must be met to receive the PSIM Facilitator Certificate.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep access credentials (including the Client Access Page password) confidential; you are responsible for activity under your access.
• Do not use the Training unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with the security of our services (including malware, probing or scraping).
• Do not copy, resell, redistribute or teach course content except as permitted after certification.

Intellectual property

Blue Nyle Therapy, LLC retains all ownership of the Training, the Psyche-Soma Integration Model, course materials, recordings, documentation and branding. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own participation.

Payments, billing and cancellation

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Enrollment requires a $1,200 deposit at registration and a monthly payment plan of $444 per month from January through August 2027 (April through August 2027 for enrollments made on or after January 1, 2027). You may cancel the monthly plan at any time, and no further payments are taken after cancellation. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work to deliver the Training as scheduled, but we do not guarantee that online services, live sessions or recordings will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Training is educational and is not medical advice or a substitute for professional medical care.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Blue Nyle Therapy, LLC is registered.
